Field producer roles require time on-site at dealerships in your region. You are mobile, organized, and reliable on a calendar.
You read the room.
Salespeople are not actors. You can earn their trust, run a six-hour shoot day, and leave them confident on camera by the end of it.
You own outcomes.
If a video underperforms, you do not hide behind the algorithm. You learn it, adjust, and ship the next one stronger.

Field Producer — Southern California

Run on-site shoot days. Direct salespeople. Capture finished footage. Drive home, edit, and ship. Camera, mic, and rolling kit provided after first 30 days.
Field Producer — Bakersfield / Kern County
Bakersfield, CA|Full-time · W-2 or 1099
Highest-density automotive market in the Central Valley. Roll your sleeves up, build the local roster, and own the territory.
Field Producer — Phoenix Metro
Phoenix · Scottsdale · Mesa|Full-time · W-2 or 1099
Open the Arizona market. Work with the founder during onboarding then run your own production calendar across the Valley.
Field Producer — Texas Triangle
Dallas-Fort Worth · Houston · Austin / San Antonio|Full-time · W-2 or 1099
Three roles open across Texas. Highest dealership concentration in the country. If you can shoot, edit, and ship without supervision, this is the seat.
Senior Editor — Remote (US)
Remote · United States|Full-time
Cut 60+ vertical videos per week from field producer rushes. Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve. Pace, hooks, captions, music timing — the entire post-production craft.
Account Director — National
Remote (US) · with field travel|Full-time
Own dealership relationships. Run the monthly review with the GM. Translate data into next month’s plan. The face of IMC inside every account on your portfolio.
Founding Sales Director
Temecula, CA preferred · Remote considered|Full-time · Equity participation
Build the dealership pipeline. Convert inbound. Open new groups. Equity participation for the right operator with proven dealership-side relationships.
