Image Media Corp (“IMC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a California-based social media agency serving automotive dealerships. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors to imagemediacorp.com, dealership clients, and anyone who contacts us by phone, text message, or email; how we use it; and the choices you have about it.

Call metadata — caller phone number, time of call, and call duration, captured by our business phone system (Grasshopper) when you call our toll-free line.
Website analytics — aggregated and anonymized usage data via Google Analytics 4, including pages visited, time on page, and general geographic region. No personally identifying data is collected through analytics.
Content you submit — if you are a dealership client, salesperson, or press contact, any photos, videos, or written materials you voluntarily provide to us in the course of our engagement.

Message frequency varies by engagement and is generally low.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard message and data rates apply to any SMS you send to or receive from us. Image Media Corp does not charge for SMS communications.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any text from our business line to immediately and permanently unsubscribe from SMS communications. Reply HELP for assistance. For support, email [email protected].

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors who support our business operations (for example, our phone-system provider and messaging infrastructure) is permitted only to the extent necessary to deliver the SMS service itself. All other categories of sharing exclude mobile phone numbers and any SMS message content.

Opt-Out. You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or CANCEL to [email protected] or (888) 777-4020. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.
HELP keyword. You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our phone number, email, and website. We are here to help you.
Non-Sharing Clause. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Image Media Corp will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers.

All sharing mentioned in this policy excludes mobile opt-in and consent; opt-in information is never shared with anyone for any purpose.

5. How We Share Information

Image Media Corp does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
